The Dancer Answer

From the Clinic to the Stage...

We strongly believe in the importance of understanding and treating the whole body as an integrated system.
This concept is nowhere more evident than in the expression of a dancer reaching from the tip of the finger to
the tip of the toes. A sore knee or aching hip can destroy a dancer's ability to move with freedom, power, speed,
or grace that he or she desires. We aim to restore function throughout the dancer's body for recovery from injury,
optimization of dance performance, and prevention of future injury.

Dancer, Parent, and Instructor Education

We feel it is important to educate both dance instructors and parents about the role of proper flexibility and strength
in injury prevention and dance performance. This can be accomplished either through individual instruction or
formal lectures.
