What are your clinical interests and specializations?
I have a special interest in working with runners and endurance athletes. I also enjoy working with kiddos with multiple needs. That being said, I enjoy working with patients with a variety of diagnoses and of all ages.
What inspired you to become a physical therapist?
I grew up dancing competitively, and through this I gained an appreciation for how the body moves. I pursued my fascination with anatomy and movement and turned it into a fulfilling career of helping people heal through movement. But perhaps what I appreciate the most about the field is the relationship I get to build with my patients.
What do you appreciate most about working at Creative Rehab?
We have a fantastic team here at Creative Rehab which makes for a very unique and supportive work environment. Because of this, we push each other to be the best clinicians we can be. This means you, as the patient, reap all the benefit.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love to spend time with my husband, our dog, and two cats. On nice days you can find me outside in my garden or exploring a hiking trail. On other days I like to stay inside and bake cookies and read a good book.
