Our individualized care is provided only by licensed physical therapists which is critical to achieve our successful outcomes and our high level of patient follow through. Our clinic features private treatment rooms, a sports simulation room, climbing wall, dance area, work simulation station and pool.
Our mission is to provide premier physical therapy services within a 1:1 evaluation and treatment model. We emphasize comprehensive patient education and customized function based on patient programs.

Creative Rehab offers several individualized programs to meet the needs of every patient. Our physical therapists create programs in areas where they have specific interests or certifications.
