Creative Rehab strives to serve the community and give back.  Our main goal is to promote lifetime health, wellness, and fitness.  Our therapists provide classes, lectures, and clinics to educate the community.


Creative Rehab values being a responsible member of the community by supporting outreach, charitable and wellness programs. We have contributed to a variety of community programs and charities in our efforts to share our time and resources. As we continue our commitment to the community, our goal is to expand our involvement in health and education to promote wellness and injury prevention. Creative Rehab is dedicated to providing education and wellness services to the community which supports our corporate mission.
