What are your clinical interests and specializations?

I help people improve their movement so they can get out of pain, avoid surgery, get back to 100% after injury, feel great when they exercise, and/or get the most out of their bodies when they perform or compete.

What inspired you to become a physical therapist?

I grew up dancing and was fascinated by movement. I always want to know more about how bodies worked and what we could do to get them to perform at their best. Now, I love to witness people regaining confidence in themselves and their bodies as they heal.

What do you appreciate most about working at Creative Rehab?

I love that I get to spend 1:1 time with my patients. Because I have time to listen to their stories, concerns, and needs, I feel that I can do a better job of helping them achieve their goals. I also love my colleagues. They are smart, compassionate, goofy, and totally fun to work with.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Walking outside with my family, nerding out about music, and dancing. :)
